The recently departed ace cameraman with 164 films to his credit Sundaranath Suvarana was remembered and condolences were offered on Tuesday evening at Press Club of Bangalore. Third daughter of Sundarnath Suvarna – Kumari Sathyavathi joined Kashinath, Hamsalekha, Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa, Sathyamurthy Anandanur in offering flower petals to the portrait of departed soul.

Instead of asking from the government let us form a fund for the family of Sundarnath Suvarana stated Prof Baraguru Ramachandrappa who turned very emotional (Prof Baraguru collected tears) when Suvarana association with his family was remembered. ‘Even before I left to see Suvarna, my wife and son without telling me went to see him`. That much of attachment he had towards our family – Baraguru Ramachandrappa for the first time wept with tears in his eyes and became silent for a few seconds holding the mike.

`I was also in footpath and Suvarana was also on footpath in the early stages`. Now I have money to give. I will come forward to donate for the fund evolved for the family said Baraguru.
